Nguyen Quoc Y, also known as Teacher Y, is a chef, vice president of the Vietnam Chefs Association, and head of culinary training at the Vietnam Tourism Training Association. A graduate with a Master's degree from UBI Academy, he is a leader, researcher, and culinary training expert in Vietnam.
